What’s The Next Big Thing?

I’ve been getting asked what will be the next big thing and since we all know that Twitter is hot right now. I really didn’t know the right answer until I heard about Google Wave. Google Wave has the ability to manage conversations (“waves”) across multiple platforms for example Email, SMS, Social Network, and blogs.
